  • Does my dog need training to begin?

    No! You will learn how to train all the exercises from the beginning, no previous training necessary.

  • Will I need to buy a lot of expensive equipment?

    No. In the foundation class you will not need a lot of equipment. Most of the equipment we will use are things you have around the house or can DIY.

  • How much time does it take?

    You will not need to take a lot of time to do the exercises. When first learning the exercises, 5-10 minutes a day (it can be broken into multiple sessions) is a good starting point.

  • Do I need a lot of space to do the exercises?

    You will not need a lot of space for the exercises. Most can be done in your living room!

  • How old does my dog need to be to begin?

    You can begin basic exercises at 8 weeks old
